1 - Business Development Representative
We are an Italian marketing agency based in Caserta that is changing the way travel agencies and tour operators make online sales and marketing, lead generation and conversion rate optimization. With a growing team that works every day in close contact, we move fast and love what we do.
As a representative of business development, you will identify customer needs and use consulting-based sales techniques to demonstrate the benefits of TOTA Manager. Understand the tourism industry and you are comfortable communicating, teaching and influencing potential customers.
What will you do:
Your responsibilities will change and grow but, to start, you will have to:
- Generate sales through the identification, qualification, development and maintenance of a profitable customer pipeline
- Identify key decision makers and help them understand TOTA Manager and its value
- Effectively negotiate price, delivery and terms for generating profits and greater customer satisfaction
- Become skilled at understanding the challenges our potential customers face, which can be solved using our product
- Cultivate relationships with potential customers to grow new business
- Collaborate with marketing and product development to develop and refine our sales strategy as we introduce product improvements and new features
- Contribute with ideas, strategies and logics to advance the brand, culture and vision of TOTA Manager
- Attend fairs and conferences if necessary
